A: If you need some samples to test, we can make as per your request free of charge, but your company will have to pay for the freight.
Q3. How to place an order?
A: Firstly, please provide the Material, Thickness, Shape, Size, Quantity to confirm the price. We accept trail orders and small orders.
Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q5. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
Q6. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 7-10 working days after confirm the sample. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q7. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.
Q8. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have similar products in stock, if no similar products, customers shall pay the tooling cost and the courier cost, the tooling cost can be returned according to the specific order.
